Neil Thomas Douglas is a Scotland-based wedding photographer known for his relaxed, documentary style and his ability to capture genuine moments as they naturally unfold. A wedding guest once described him as “the least annoying photographer I’ve ever met,” which perfectly reflects Neil’s easygoing presence and talent for helping everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Inspired by Scotland’s landscapes and light, his images feel timeless, honest, and full of life, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him capture our day.

Alyson Stewart is a humanist wedding celebrant known for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and beautifully personal approach to ceremony.
Based in the Scottish Highlands, Alyson creates ceremonies that are deeply meaningful and entirely tailored to the couple, reflecting their story, values, and the life they are building together.
With a calm, joyful presence and a genuine love for celebrating connection, Alyson guides couples through the ceremony process with care and intention, weaving together words and moments that feel heartfelt, authentic, and memorable.
We feel incredibly lucky to have her lead us through one of the most meaningful moments of our day.
FLORIST
Sunflower & the Bear is a floral design studio known for its wild, textured, and nature-inspired arrangements that feel both romantic and uncontrived. With an artful eye for colour, movement, and seasonal blooms, they create florals that enhance the natural beauty of your setting and bring your vision to life. We love their organic, elegant style and are so excited to have their blooms be part of our wedding day.

Bevis Bakes, led by self-taught baker Emma in Dunfermline, creates celebration and wedding cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. Known for using seasonal ingredients and scratch-made recipes, Emma designs cakes with personality! From traditional tiered centres to playful cake tables with a variety of flavours and sizes. All her wedding cakes are finished with Swiss meringue buttercream, creating a cake that tastes as wonderful as it looks. We’re so excited to have Bevis Bakes bring sweetness and style to our day.
